Knee Lever Neo UAE: Fit, Wiring & Parts Guide for Tekken
Updated 2026-10-05
The Crown / Samducksa Knee Lever Neo is one of the best-known Korean arcade levers among Tekken players. If you are buying one in the UAE or GCC, the important questions are not just price and colour: will it fit your case, how will it connect to your PCB, and which replacement parts should you know about?
Arcade Forge stocks the Knee Lever NEO in the UAE along with the wiring, Gersung microswitches, grommet, actuator and shaft parts used around the lever.
Check case clearance before ordering
Korean levers generally need more internal room than a typical Japanese lever. Do not assume that a case advertised as “arcade stick compatible” automatically has enough depth for a Knee Neo.
Before ordering, check the internal height around the lever position, the mounting pattern, and whether the PCB, wiring or bottom panel occupies the same space. If your case model is not listed as compatible, measure it or send Arcade Forge a photo and internal measurements before buying.
For a new custom build, start with a case designed around Korean-lever clearance rather than trying to force the lever into a shallow enclosure. Our Korean lever comparison guide and fight stick case guide can help with the choice.
Wiring: the 5-pin to 8-pin harness question
A common installation question is how a Korean lever connects to a fight-stick PCB. The four directional microswitches use individual signal connections, while many fight-stick PCBs expose the familiar 5-pin joystick header.
For those builds, use the 5-pin to 8-pin Korean lever conversion harness. Check your PCB connector before ordering: the harness is useful when your board has the standard 5-pin joystick connection and your Korean lever uses individual microswitch terminals.
Knee Neo microswitches
The switch feel is an important part of a Korean lever. Arcade Forge carries genuine Gersung replacements, including the GSM-V1623A3KN wide-hinge microswitch and GSM-V1623A3 standard-hinge microswitch.
Do not replace a switch only because another Gersung model looks similar. Hinge geometry changes how the actuator meets the switch, so match the replacement to the position and configuration you are actually using.
Grommet and actuator
Unlike a Japanese lever that relies mainly on a coil spring, Korean levers use a silicone rubber grommet as a major part of the return feel. Arcade Forge stocks the Knee Lever Neo original silicone grommet as a direct replacement for the original feel.
The Knee Lever Neo 16.1 mm acetal actuator is also available as a replacement. Keep actuator size in mind when comparing modified setups: changing actuator geometry can change engage distance and how quickly directions register.
Shaft, sleeve and battop options
If the lever is mechanically healthy but the upper assembly is damaged or you simply want a different look, you do not need to replace the entire lever. We stock the Knee Neo capsule battop, shaft and clear sleeve set as well as the stainless-steel shaft and transparent shaft cover.
Knee Neo for Tekken
The Knee Neo is aimed squarely at players who want Korean-lever feel for games such as Tekken. Lever choice is still personal: grommet resistance, actuator geometry, switch feel and your own hand technique all affect movement. A premium lever will not perform wavedashes or Korean backdash for you, but a setup that suits your hand can make repeated directional inputs feel more consistent.
If you are comparing it with less expensive Korean options, also look at the Crown / Samducksa CWL-309MJ, CWL-309FJ and Crazy Dongpal Pro.
Buying Knee Lever Neo in UAE and GCC
Arcade Forge is UAE-based and lists products in AED. UAE delivery is normally 1–3 business days; GCC delivery to KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar is normally 3–7 days. See the shipping and returns page for current terms.
Before ordering, use this checklist:
- Confirm the case has enough internal clearance for a Korean lever.
- Confirm your PCB connection and whether you need the 5-pin conversion harness.
- Decide whether you need any replacement grommet, actuator, switches or shaft parts.
- If you are unsure about fit, send the case model or internal measurements through the contact page before buying.
That avoids the most common mistake: buying the lever first and discovering that the case or wiring needs another part after it arrives.
